We looked at how to create a more pleasant and comfortable email experience. This is what we learned.
Test #1 - Personalized Introduction (8%–16%)
The first feature of email we'll address is presentation. We introduce ourselves and the company in the subject line of the email.
It looks like this:
As you can see, while the subject line is somewhat authoritative, it’s not very human. And if you look at the introduction given in the email, you will see similar questions.
Plenty of professional background, but almost no personalized first impression. This user experience shows that BLOGGER is trying to get guest blogging opportunities.
